Established in 2018, Vivanta Overseas deals in many agro commodities such as Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Cumin Seeds, etc. as well as Fresh Fruits and Vegetables. Vivanta Overseas works closely with Agricultural Produce Market Committees (APMCs) to procure best products and has many storage facilities scattered throughout the state of Gujarat to meet the demand of its clients. Additionally, Vivanta Overseas has sorting facility for fresh onions at Nashik and Pune.

Vivanta Overseas LLP is guided by husband – wife duo: Amit Patel & Vaishali Patel. Both having in-depth experience in the Export Industry as well as Food & Agro Industry. Mr. Amit Patel is already part of three more organizations as Director and Designated Partner so he has leadership and managerial traits to guide Vivanta Overseas in the right direction. Similarly, Mrs. Vaishali Patel has more than a decade of Agro Export experience which gives Vivanta Overseas an edge over its competitors. Despite incorporated recently Vivanta Overseas is child of larger entity BONVILLE FOODS PVT LTD, one of the largest Peanut Butter Manufacturing and Exporting company in India.

TRADING OF AGRICULTURE COMMODITIES

The first generation of entrepreneurs from small town started their voyage with the trading of agriculture commodities. The dynamic decision maker and unique business minded Mr. Balubhai Patel developed business and took it to the next level and started supplying best quality products to large companies.

DAWN OF INOX CERAMICS

The Trading business's success was channeled to develop the Manufacturing Unit of Wall Tiles. 25 Acres of Land was acquired and was at the time considered the largest for the Industry. For coming years Inox Ceramic remained one of the top three largest producers of Wall Tiles in India.

FROM TRADING TO PROCESSING

After a decade of trade in Agro commodities, it was now time to dive into the processing of the Agro products. It was the birth year for CHAMUNDA AGRO. Processing units were established in Two locations to reach the customer quickly and cost-effectively.

NEED FOR DIVERSIFICATION

Due to increasing competition in Wall Tiles Manufacturing as well as Local trade of Processed Agro commodities the business diversification was required. 2nd Generation's timely involvement brought new Ideas for Export of Agro trade - EZYII EXIM and development of Particle Board Manufacturing - SUN PARTICLE BOARD PVT LTD and the same was implemented.

During this span we started BONVILLE FOODS PVT. LTD. to offer peanut butter- a food with immense health benefits product.

FURTHER DIVERSIFICATION

Diversification of businesses was not limited to Export and Particle Board manufacturing the group divulged into the Mining sector and procured several mines and took over Bentonite Processing Plant.

GYPSUM BOARDS MANUFACTURING

After the successful initiation of SUN PARTICLE BOARD, it was no stopping the young generation. Gypsum Board manufacturing is very limited in India hence, came the ENTITY MINE ROCK - second largest Gypsum Board manufacturing plant in India.
